These terms ("Learn Terms") apply to the educational and editorial content we publish, including the Learn area at elevatemi.co.uk/learn (articles, courses, lessons, topics, quizzes and the glossary), The Signal, and any other guides, templates, examples or resources we make available (together, the "Learning Content"). The Learning Content is published by Elevate Market Intelligence Limited (company number 16329736), registered office 6 Lucky Lane, Exeter, EX2 4UJ ("Elevate", "we", "us"). By using the Learning Content you agree to these Learn Terms, which sit alongside our Website Terms of Use.
1. The Learning Content is general information only
1.1 The Learning Content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not professional advice — including legal, financial, tax, data-protection, marketing or business advice — and must not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a suitably qualified professional who understands your specific circumstances.
1.2 Marketing, analytics and data practices change, and what works in one situation may not work, or may not be lawful or appropriate, in another. Before acting on anything in the Learning Content you should carry out your own assessment and, where relevant, take your own professional advice.
2. No warranty as to accuracy or completeness
2.1 We prepare the Learning Content in good faith, but we make no representations, warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, about its accuracy, completeness, currency, reliability or fitness for any particular purpose.
2.2 The Learning Content may contain errors or omissions, may become out of date, and may be simplified for teaching purposes. Some Learning Content, or parts of it, may be produced or assisted by automated tools, including AI. We are under no obligation to update the Learning Content and do not warrant that it reflects the latest law, guidance, platform behaviour or best practice.
2.3 Examples, figures, benchmarks, sample data and case studies are illustrative only. They do not represent a promise or prediction of the results you will achieve.
3. You are responsible for how you use it
3.1 You are solely responsible for any decision you make, and any action you take, based on the Learning Content, and for how you implement, adapt or apply it in your own business, tools, campaigns or systems.
3.2 You are responsible for ensuring that anything you do as a result of the Learning Content complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), advertising standards and direct-marketing rules, and the terms of any third-party platform you use.
3.3 We are not responsible or liable for any results, outcomes, losses or consequences arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Learning Content, or from the way you implement it.
4. Quizzes, progress and interactive features
4.1 Some Learning Content includes quizzes, progress tracking and other interactive features. These are provided to support your learning and are not assessments, certifications or qualifications. Any score, result or feedback is indicative only.
4.2 Where these features store progress against an anonymous session or your account, that processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property and permitted use
5.1 We, or our licensors, own all intellectual property rights in the Learning Content. You may access and view it, and download or print individual items, for your own internal, non-commercial reference, keeping all notices intact.
5.2 You must not republish, redistribute, sell, or present the Learning Content as your own, or use it to build a competing educational or content product, without our written permission. You may share links to it freely.
5.3 Where we make templates, checklists or examples available specifically for you to reuse, you may use them for your own business purposes, but they are provided "as is" and clauses 2 and 3 still apply.
6. Third-party tools, platforms and links
The Learning Content often refers to third-party tools and platforms (for example analytics, advertising, CRM and ecommerce platforms) and may link to third-party resources. We do not control or endorse those third parties, their products or their content, and references are for information only. Your use of any third-party tool is governed by that third party's own terms.
7. Liability
7.1 Nothing in these Learn Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.
7.2 Subject to clause 7.1, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of or reliance on the Learning Content; and our total liability arising from the Learning Content is limited to £100.
8. Changes and governing law

8.2 These Learn Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
